CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Resin jewellery is hard-wearing but in order to get the most out of your piece and ensure they last a lifetime try to adhere as closely to the following advice as you are able. If you have followed this guidance there should be absolutely no problem, however if on the off chance something does happen to your piece (general wear and tear, NOT accidental damage) please message me and I will try and help you as best we can. If there is an issue with your piece, I offer my customers one free replacement upon return of the original piece within 12 months. Due to exposure to UV rays resin may yellow over time, this is unavoidable and the standard across all keepsake resin jewellery. I use a high quality UV resin to reduce the chance of that happening. Please bare this in mind before ordering.

Do not sleep in your jewellery.
Do not submerge your jewellery in water. This is because resin is water resistant, NOT water proof. This means taking it off to shower, swim, wash the pots etc.
Store your jewellery out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning products while wearing your jewellery (especially rings) unless it is protected by gloves or clothing.
Please do not use hand sanitiser while wearing your jewellery, particularly rings. If wearing a necklace avoid touching if you are using hand sanitiser. This is because direct contact can cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or break down completely due to the way resin reacts with hand sanitiser.
