FAQ

HOW DO I SEND BREASTMILK AND HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SEND?
Please send 1oz of breastmilk. If this amount is an issue don't hesitate to message me. The milk does not need to be fresh, and can have been stored in your freezer for months or even years before sending it to me. As it is not for consumption, it is not an issue. Please put your breastmilk in a milk storage bag, then place into a secondary milk bag and include a piece of paper with your name, address, and order number.

HOW DO I SEND ASHES AND HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SEND?
Please send half a teaspoon of ashes for each item you are wanting making. Please remember larger pieces are more likely to stand out. Please send them in a small, sealable bag, ideally double bagging incase of a tear. Place the bag in an envelope (or similar) along with your name, address, and order number.

HOW DO I SEND HAIR AND HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO SEND?
Please put the hair inside an envelope, sealed, then inside another envelope. Only a small lock is needed per piece. For beads ideally send length 1inch or more. For anything else 1/2 inch is fine. Please do not use a plastic bag as it can be difficult to remove the hair from these. In the outer envelope please include your name, address, and order number.

WHY DO YOU CALL THEM ADDITIONS INSTEAD OF INCLUSIONS?

In the jewellery industry, more specifically diamonds, an inclusion is also known as "small imperfections", which your precious items are most definitely not. So I call them additions, because they are the most important thing in your order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to items using your own keepsake addition, items are not eligible for refund or return unless damaged. Depending on the item you select, I will send you a proof photo of your completed piece before finishing casting the item, at this point if you are not happy please do tell me and I can edit the piece at this point. If I am unable to send a proof photo I will inform you before purchase.
